Jim came out the same day I called to examine the roof. The next day I had an estimate. After the insurance company denied the claim, Jim had his crew replaced the shingles within three days. Only took one day to complete the shingle replacement. All of the trash was cleaned up and you could barely tell roofers ever came out! This was my first roof job and it went as smooth as I could imagine.

We had our roof replaced. Bob is very knowledgeable. They came on the day they said they would. They started at 7:30am and were done at 4:00pm!! We are very happy with the whole experience and could not recommend them higher. Employees were very friendly and informative. Due to a communication error on MY behalf, the satellite dish was not put back on. My wife called and they were back in 30 minutes to put it back on! We were very appreciative of this. Bob was very visible during the day and then came back the following day to do a final inspection. We are very happy with the service we received.

The A1 crew were outstanding. They arrived on time in the morning. The set up was fast and before I knew it they had the entire roof uncovered and prepped for the new shingles. After lunch they laid the architectural shingles I ordered and were finished before dinner. They did a lot of work very quickly and professionally, and when the job was done, they cleaned up the old shingles, nails and wood. My roof looks great. If you need a new roof, these are the guys to go to. Amazing work at a good price.

I really wanted a local company to perform the work, but was having trouble finding someone that would give me a good price and a straight forward estimate without requesting my insurance quote. With the promotion they were offering at the time, A-1’s estimate was significantly better than the other bids I had received. They were prompt, easy to get in touch with, and the invoice was to the dollar per their estimate. No headaches, great service. Got a nice new roof. Everything went very smoothly. Company was recommended to me. I have since referred Jim to several people. They all went with him and are satisfied. Price is the best. Professional company, no concerns. I plan to use again in our new house. Had a number of leak issues resulting from a poor install job by a poor builder. These guys were responsive to my call and came out in the dead of winter with ice on the roof to spend two days on the roof fixing it. They were professional and when they were done they cleaned up after themselves. Very professional and honest.
